1. GOresolve is Not a Law Firm

GOresolve (operated by Invok Nectar Private Limited) is NOT a law firm, legal practitioner, advocate, or legal representative. Nothing on this website or in our services constitutes legal advice.

Our services are borrower support and advisory in nature. We help you understand your rights as a borrower, communicate with lenders in an RBI-compliant manner, and navigate the settlement process โ€” but we do not provide legal representation in courts or legal proceedings.

If you are facing legal proceedings including court summons, SARFAESI action, or DRT notices, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified advocate in addition to using GOresolve's services.

2. GOresolve is Not a Debt Collection Agency

GOresolve does NOT collect debt on behalf of lenders. We work exclusively on behalf of borrowers, not banks or financial institutions.

We are not affiliated with, employed by, or acting as an agent for any bank, NBFC, or lending institution. Our role is to represent and support the borrower's interests in negotiations and communications.

3. Not Financial or Investment Advice

The settlement estimates provided by the GOresolve calculator and our experts are indicative only and are based on typical RBI-guided NPA settlement patterns in India. These are not guarantees.

Actual settlement amounts, timelines, and outcomes depend entirely on individual lender policies, the age and status of your account, your negotiation history, and other factors outside GOresolve's control. We cannot guarantee any specific settlement amount or outcome.

GOresolve is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor or RBI-registered financial institution. Our services are support and advisory in nature.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

While GOresolve's team works diligently to support every subscriber, we explicitly do not guarantee:

  • That harassment from recovery agents will stop immediately or within any specific timeframe
  • That lenders will agree to a settlement or OTS proposal
  • That your credit score will improve as a result of our services
  • That legal proceedings already initiated by your lender will be halted
  • Any specific reduction in your outstanding debt amount

Settlement negotiation depends on lender cooperation. GOresolve facilitates and advocates โ€” the final decision rests with the lender.

5. RBI Compliance Statement

GOresolve's communications and advisory services are designed to be consistent with RBI guidelines on fair debt collection practices, including:

  • RBI Circular on Fair Practices Code for Lenders
  • RBI Guidelines on Recovery Agents (2008 and subsequent circulars)
  • BCSBI Code of Bank's Commitment to Customers
  • IBA Guidelines on Recovery of Dues

However, GOresolve is not a regulated entity under the RBI Act. We are a DPIIT-recognised startup operating in the borrower advisory space.

6. Website Content Accuracy

The information on goresolve.in is provided in good faith for general informational purposes. While we strive to keep content accurate and up to date, RBI guidelines, banking regulations, and legal frameworks change over time.

GOresolve does not warrant that the information on this website is complete, accurate, or current at all times. We recommend verifying any regulatory information with official RBI publications or a qualified legal advisor.

7. Third-Party Services

GOresolve's website contains references to and links to third-party services including UPI payment apps, Google services, and regulatory body websites. GOresolve is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites.

Payment transactions made through UPI are processed by the respective payment service providers (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.) and are subject to their terms and conditions.

8. Fraud Warning

Beware of fraud. GOresolve will never ask you for your bank password, OTP, Aadhaar number, PAN number, or any authentication credential. We will never ask you to make payment to any UPI ID or account number other than those listed on our official payment page at goresolve.in/payment.html.
