Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using GOresolve's services. By submitting a case or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. About GOresolve & Invok Nectar Private Limited

GOresolve is a borrower protection platform operated by Invok Nectar Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and recognised by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT Recognition ID: DIPP237434) under the Startup India initiative.

Important: GOresolve is NOT a law firm, legal representative, debt collection agency, or financial advisor. We are an ethical borrower support and advisory service operating within the framework of RBI guidelines.

2. Services Provided

GOresolve provides the following services to borrowers on a subscription basis:

  • Harassment documentation and escalation support
  • RBI-compliant lender communication drafting
  • One-Time Settlement (OTS) negotiation advisory
  • DRA-trained expert assignment for case guidance
  • Banking Ombudsman complaint assistance
  • Recovery agent conduct complaint filing
  • Borrower rights education and case roadmap
GOresolve does not guarantee any specific settlement amount, debt waiver, or legal outcome. All estimates provided on our website are indicative only. Actual results depend on lender policies, negotiation outcomes, and individual case circumstances.

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

GOresolve offers annual subscription plans based on the borrower's total outstanding debt exposure:

  • Plan A — ₹1,499/year: Outstanding below ₹2 Lakh
  • Plan B — ₹2,499/year: Outstanding below ₹5 Lakh
  • Plan C — ₹3,999/year: Outstanding ₹5 Lakh – ₹10 Lakh
  • Custom Plan — ₹4,999–₹6,999/year: Outstanding above ₹10 Lakh

Plan Activation

Subscription plans are activated within 24 hours of payment verification by our team. The plan period commences from the date of payment verification, not the date of form submission.

Renewal

Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of activation. GOresolve will notify subscribers 30 days and 7 days before expiry. Renewal at the same or updated pricing is the subscriber's responsibility.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed via UPI or Bank Transfer to the following account:

Payment Verification

After payment, subscribers must upload a payment screenshot or provide the UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number. Our team manually verifies each payment within 24 hours on business days.

Refund Policy

GOresolve offers a 7-day refund from the date of plan activation if no services have been initiated. Once expert assignment or lender communication has commenced, no refund is applicable. Refund requests must be sent to support@goresolve.in with your reference number.

Do not make payments to any UPI ID or account number other than those listed above. GOresolve is not responsible for payments made to fraudulent accounts.

5. Subscriber Authorisation

By submitting the intake form and agreeing to these terms, you authorise Invok Nectar Private Limited (GOresolve) to:

  • Contact your lenders, banks, and recovery agents on your behalf
  • Draft and send RBI-compliant communication letters in your name
  • File complaints with regulatory bodies including the Banking Ombudsman
  • Represent your case in settlement negotiations with your lenders

This authorisation is limited to the purpose of ethical borrower support and does not constitute a power of attorney or legal representation.

6. Subscriber Obligations

As a subscriber of GOresolve, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your loans and situation
  • Cooperate with your assigned expert and respond to communications within 48 hours
  • Not withhold material information that could affect your case outcome
  • Not simultaneously engage another debt settlement agency for the same accounts without informing GOresolve
  • Not use GOresolve's services to evade legitimate debt obligations in bad faith
  • Inform GOresolve immediately of any legal notices, court summons, or police complaints related to your case

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

  • GOresolve is not liable for any failed settlement negotiations, continued lender actions, or adverse legal proceedings arising from your debt situation
  • GOresolve does not guarantee that harassment will stop upon engagement — we work within legal and ethical frameworks that require lender cooperation
  • GOresolve's total liability to any subscriber shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by that subscriber
  • GOresolve is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by the subscriber

8. Privacy & Data Protection

GOresolve takes subscriber privacy seriously. Your personal and financial information is:

  • Collected only for the purpose of delivering borrower support services
  • Stored securely on Google Firebase Firestore with industry-standard encryption
  • Never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes
  • Shared with lenders and regulatory bodies only with your explicit authorisation
  • Retained for 3 years from subscription expiry for regulatory compliance, then deleted

9. Intellectual Property

All content on goresolve.in — including text, graphics, logos, the GOresolve brand name, and the settlement calculator — is the intellectual property of Invok Nectar Private Limited. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

GOresolve™ is a trademark of Invok Nectar Private Limited.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of GOresolve's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for 30 days. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation may be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Changes to These Terms

GOresolve reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
