We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We never sell your data.

GOresolve is operated by Invok Nectar Private Limited, a DPIIT-recognised startup (DIPP237434) incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

Our commitment: Your personal and financial information is used only to deliver borrower support services. We never sell, rent, or share it for advertising or marketing purposes.

2. What Data We Collect

We do not collect your Aadhaar number, PAN number, bank login credentials, or any biometric data.

3. How We Collect Your Data

  • Intake Form — when you submit your case details on goresolve.in/intake.html
  • Payment Page — when you provide UTR or upload payment proof
  • WhatsApp — when you contact us via the WhatsApp button on our website
  • Email — when you contact support@goresolve.in
  • Google Analytics — automatically collected when you browse our website (anonymised)

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data for the following purposes only:

  • Delivering borrower support services as described in our Terms & Conditions
  • Assigning a DRA-trained expert to your case
  • Drafting and sending RBI-compliant lender communication letters
  • Filing complaints with the Banking Ombudsman or other regulatory bodies on your behalf
  • Verifying your subscription payment and activating your plan
  • Sending you case updates and subscription renewal reminders
  • Improving our website and service quality (using anonymised analytics data)

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing to third parties, or profiling.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Your lenders and banks — only with your explicit authorisation, to negotiate on your behalf
  • Regulatory bodies — Banking Ombudsman, RBI, SEBI, or consumer courts, only when filing complaints you have authorised
  • Our internal team — assigned experts and case managers within Invok Nectar Private Limited, on a need-to-know basis
  • Technology providers — Google (Firebase Firestore for data storage, Google Analytics for website analytics). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements

We never share your data with other debt collection agencies, marketing companies, credit bureaus (CIBIL/Experian), insurance companies, or any unauthorised third party.

6. Where & How We Store Your Data

Storage Location

Your data is stored on Google Firebase Firestore with servers in the asia-south1 (Mumbai) region — your data stays in India.

Security Measures

  • Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
  • Data is encrypted at rest within Firebase Firestore
  • CRM access is role-based — only authorised staff can view case details
  • Passwords are never stored in plain text in production systems

Retention Period

We retain your data for 3 years from the date your subscription expires — as required for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. After 3 years, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.

You can request early deletion by emailing support@goresolve.in — see Section 8 for your rights.

7. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. This includes:

  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Device type and browser
  • General geographic location (city/country level, not precise GPS)
  • How you found our website (search, direct, social media)

This data is anonymised — Google Analytics does not identify you personally. We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

8. Your Rights

Under Indian law and as a matter of our commitment to you, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
  • Right to Correction — request correction of any inaccurate data
  • Right to Deletion — request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Right to Withdraw Consent — withdraw your authorisation for us to contact lenders on your behalf at any time
  • Right to Portability — request your case data in a readable format (CSV)

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@goresolve.in with your reference number. We will respond within 7 business days.

9. Children's Privacy

GOresolve's services are intended for adults (18 years and above) who are legally responsible for their loan obligations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our platform, contact us immediately at support@goresolve.in and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve or as required by law. When we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

The current version is always available at goresolve.in/privacy.html. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised.
